After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message, but no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. We does not charge you for the SMS service, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. It is your responsibility to check with your carrier regarding any fees associated with receiving SMS messages.
You agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and current information when signing up for the SMS service. Not use the SMS service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Immediately notify us if you believe your phone number has been used without your authorization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via SMS or other means. Your continued use of the SMS service after the changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our SMS services at any time, without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms, or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.
The SMS service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the SMS service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and any disputes related to them or the SMS service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the SMS service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
